Our Process
We take great care in ensuring you have the best possible experience with every sip. Roasting your coffee beans per order, and packaging them to your preferred grind style, helps us ensure the best quality possible to fuel your day.
Small Batch Roasts to Order
Coffee profiles are all created using our Ikawa sample roasters and once we find the best roast level for that lot, we transfer the profile to our 10 & 15KG drum roasters.
The result is the freshest, small batch, craft roasted coffee available.
Our Farms
All of our coffee is specialty grade and ethically traded with a focus on relationships and respect for the farm and the farmer. All lots are carefully evaluated based on cup quality, farm process and sustainable practice.
