What is your Refund Policy?

Refunds are handled on a case by case basis. The request for refund must have a valid reason attached. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment unless otherwise specified. Any damaged, defective, or incorrect item received when purchased correctly may be eligible for a replacement instead of a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the return does not meet our refund policy criteria.

Can I return my order?

Due to the nature of our business, roast to order and food grade products, returns are not an option. However, depending on the situation we can discuss a replacement, exchange, or refund on a case by case basis.

What is your Shipping Policy?

We believe in being as transparent as possible. When it comes to coffee, all shipping cost has been included. So the price you see is inclusive of us delivering it to your door. We are working on making our merchandise meet the same free shipping guidelines, but for now all merchandise will calculate your local shipping rate. 


What are your holiday hours?

We are always open! During holidays, orders may ship with a slight delay (3-5 business days rather than the normal 1-2 business days). Our customer service team will not respond on major holidays, they deserve time with their friends and family too!

Do you support charities?

We are always open to supporting events, businesses, and charities! One of our goals as a company is to support local communities, help others achieve success, make an impact for a brighter future, and to support economical growth.

What is the shelf life of your coffee?

That depends! What grind you order, and how you store it at home makes a big difference. See the chart below for reference.
